How to Add a Camo to your Weapon in COD Warzone Verdansk (Easy Method)

Start in the Warzone lobby. Go to the Weapons tab at the top. Select Edit Loadout and pick the loadout slot with the weapon you want to customize—say, the Kilo 141 or CR-56 AMAX, both popular since Verdansk’s return. Choose your primary or secondary weapon, then hit Customize. This opens the Gunsmith. Scroll right to the Camouflage section—it’s usually a few tabs over from Attachments, marked with a paintbrush icon. You’ll see all the camos you’ve unlocked for that weapon, split into categories like Base, Multiplayer, Zombies, and Special. Pick a camo—something like Spray Paint or Dragon from the base set if it’s a Modern Warfare (2019) gun, or newer ones from Black Ops 6 if they’ve carried over. If it’s grayed out, you haven’t unlocked it yet. Base camos unlock through weapon levels—get kills in Warzone matches to level the gun up, since Black Ops 6 multiplayer won’t progress Modern Warfare weapons. Check your weapon’s level in the Gunsmith; if it’s low, grab it from floor loot or a supply drop in Verdansk and grind XP. Event camos, like those from the Return to Verdansk safes, should auto-unlock if you’ve claimed them—go to the event tab and confirm you’ve opened enough safes. Once you’ve selected the camo, it applies instantly to that weapon in that loadout slot. Save the loadout by backing out to the lobby. Test it in a match—drop into Verdansk, grab your Loadout Drop, and the camo should show. If it doesn’t, double-check you saved the changes or restart the game, as the UI can glitch post-update. ...
