Unlike the Chengdu Panda Base, this sanctuary is less crowded, more relaxed, and honestly… the pandas seem way happier here. Plus, it has a free-roaming red panda area, where these little fluffballs can literally walk right past you. Spoiler: One did. And we LOST it. 😍 Beyond the pandas, we also explore Dujiangyan’s stunning ancient irrigation system, grab some Jianbing (aka China’s best street food?), and even stumble upon some unexpected alpacas—because why not?
