Welcome to Airgun Alley’s second video about Byrna, a powerful .68 caliber launcher that global brand Byrna markets around the world as a "less-lethal" form of home/self defense. Today we’ll have a good look at a variety of solid ammo: Byrna’s hard plastic Kinetic Projectiles + light weight aluminum balls + the famous Rubbe-Steel balls by Acil Selling - with the new Byrna LE (Law Enforcement) 16+ joules launcher. We put the plastic, aluminum and rubber-steel rounds through the chronograph to calculate the speed of the projectiles in FPS and ultimately their power in Joules... (easier written than done, as you'll see.) We then turn against the coconut and finally we shoot a very, very, very (I think 20%) ballistic gel T-Rex, kindly provided by Clear Ballistics. Will all the ammo work in this world famous powerful CO2 launcher? And how powerful are them shots? Click play and enjoy this MUST WATCH video! PS The low light really ruined some key readings due to low light ERR messages. I was in a rush against the incumbent looming storms and sunlight was a disappearing luxury during this shoot. I will be putting this gun through the chronograph a lot.... 📝 ABOUT THE CHANNEL VISUAL BALLISTIC EXPERIMENTS AND TESTS Welcome to my personal creative channel made of non-technical reviews, short sketches and visual experiments - aimed at entertaining viewers by showcasing air guns and accessories in action - to give you a realistic feel of the air gun/accessory you’re looking into buying or simply enjoy looking at.
