My first attempt at combining cinematic cameras with a story telling element, in a similar style as the 'Densha de D' series. In this episode, Takeshi Nakazato goes to Mt. Akagi to challenge Ryosuke Takahashi to a hillclimb battle, to finally end their rivalry in one of their favors. But of course, Ryosuke isn't an easy opponent to defeat, so Takeshi spent some intensive time improving his car and his driving... This takes place in Second Stage, just before the Emperors arrived.
