"In the peaceful deeps of Skull Island, the Eighth Wonder of the World, King Kong, savours his morning orange juice, blissfully unaware of the impending upheaval. Suddenly, a menacing figure from the world of Roblox intrudes, shattering the calm. Unbeknownst to Kong, he stands on the precipice of the ultimate battle of his existence..." This short is intended to be a Roblox-animated parody of the unmade concept, "King Kong vs Frankenstein," created by Willis O'Brien (look below for more info). Believe it or not, this video took 8 DAYS for me and my bacon-haired friend to make with the use of Moon Animator 2 and Roblox Studio. If this video gets successful enough, I might as well develop another 'director's cut' as I did for "Stitchface v Infectious." Either way, I hope you enjoy this five-minute animation...! Oh, and Happy Halloween! :) Background History: During the early 60s, stop-motion animator Willis O'Brien (from the 1933 film "King Kong") proposed the idea of King Kong battling Frankenstein's creation. He collaborated with film producer John Beck to find a company to materialize the concept. However, Beck stole the idea and sent it to Toho Studios (which would become the 1962 film, "King Kong vs. Godzilla") without the knowledge of O'Brien. Since then, the project never seen the light of day...
