On a recent trip, the 12 V cord started having problems with connection. I reached out to Alpha cool and they quickly and conveniently sent me another cord free of charge. I love this little compressor refrigerator. It’s 21 quart, and it holds a lot of stuff, let me tell you! It takes between 32 and 45 W where I live, with the climates running between 70 and 90°. I’m certainly satisfied with this refrigerator.
