🌟 👇🏼 Open For More Information 👇🏼 🌟 We have FINALLY come to Week 1 of the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (BBG Program) using her Sweat with Kayla App! Sorry for the confusion with the previous weeks. I didn't realize when I started this program that the first few weeks were technically "Beginner Training" and that the actual program didn't start until 5 weeks into the program (if you are using the app). Don't get me wrong though, I am very grateful for Beginner Training as I think it adequately prepared me for the actual program. So this is actually my fifth week into using the Sweat with Kayla app and I am loving it so far! I can slow but surely feel my body changing and getting stronger which is really cool to experience! I tried my best to document as many of my meals as I can. I cook most of the foods we eat and try to make them as healthy as I can without compromising on flavor. Of course, there are a few occasions a week when we do not eat the healthiest but I'm trying to take baby steps here haha. I hope you enjoy this week's video of my weight loss and fitness journey! I am so so excited to reveal my body transformation and before and after photos at the very end!
