Europapa is extremely annoying and irritating. It is trying to mix Happy Hardcore with some Italo Dance influences, but it is done exactly wrong - which makes it irritating every time you listen to it. Musically and rhythmically, it isn't overly complex and without much variation. It is almost as if it was made in a hurry and then they said: "this will do". It is such a piece of garbage that even some random amateur like me could have created it on a Sunday afternoon. Here is a version with some adjustments that could perhaps make a little more sense to your brain and ears, even though it remains a piece of garbage, since not everything can be fixed without completely redoing it.
