My initial driving impression: It is absolutely quieter in the car at freeway cruising speeds with the windows up. However, I noticed with the car in Sport + and Manual Mode, it is harder to notice the engine sound when you upshift or downshift. (disclaimer, I have partial hearing loss in BOTH ears). I was pleased that the burble sound when you lift off the throttle is actually REAL. I do have a JB4 installed running map 1, but everything else on the car is stock. I also think the stereo sounds a little better without the extra noise. It's up to you if you think it's a Pro or a Con of not hearing the engine noise as much. I feel that I have enough driving experience to sense where the car is in the rev range, so hearing it isn't as important to me.
