During a security council meeting at the United Nations, Ukraine's foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, asked for a minute of silence to be held in memory of all those who lost their lives due to 'Russian aggression'. Russia's UN ambassador, Vasily Nebenzya, said: 'All lives are priceless ... we are rising to remember the memory [of all the victims],' before the minute's silence resumed.
