Senkyaku Banrai means "lots of customers, coming and going". It's in Toyosu, which is next to Odaiba in Tokyo Bay. You can get there on the Yurikamome train line. It's close to TeamLab Planets and Small Worlds Tokyo, and has lots of places to eat. It's next to Toyosu Fish Market and opened in February 2024. It's like the new version of the Tsukiji Outer Market. The video includes a tour, showing some of the food available there, including a food court on the upper floor. The best part is a free hot spring footbath on the roof, which has lovely views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower. I went in the evening and the view is fantastic. There's also a hot spring bath complex with lots of different baths and saunas, restaurants and relaxation rooms.
