Hey! What is your experience with trying new methods? So I tried something new. In the middle of the illustration process I decided not to use lineart for this art work. So I skipped it. And I can tell you...this was quite challenging. So let’s join my drawing process and watch me suffer haha I learned a lot while doing this. First, it took much more time. In total up to 40h pure working time. I had problems with fitting the character into the scene. So there’s still a lot for me to improve. As conclusion I can say that I won’t skip the lineart entirely in my future art pieces but I will include more free rendering and background elements to give the character a context. ______________________ ● Timestamps: 00:00 Intro 00:12 1.
