In today's adventure, I began by finding a sheltered spot and scouting for dead trees. Collecting a few of these, I set the stage for the upcoming activities. The first order of business was preparing a special evening meal for this occasion. It's a unique dish called "kavanoz kebabi," and I assure you, it's a real treat. After gathering the ingredients, I placed everything in a pot to slow cook for 4-5 hours. While the meal was simmering, I returned to working on the shelter, reinforcing it for the snowy conditions. Clearing the snow around the area, I then moved on to baking some fresh bread, adding a warm and comforting touch to the winter setting. And to cap off the day, I decided to take an ice bath, truly embracing the winter experience. I'm excited to share these winter activities with you.
