I decided to add my favorite variants, including variants included in other logo histories on BBC Four, because if I added every variant, then it would be unwatchable. Not so long ago, BBC celebrated its centenary. I decided to do logo histories on the main BBC channels (BBC One, Two, Three, and Four). I might do a logo history on CBBC in the foreseeable future. Ladies and gentlemen, BBC Four. BBC Knowledge was a British television channel which was owned by the BBC and was launched on 1st June 1999, broadcasting documentary, cultural and educational programs. It was shut down on 2nd March 2002 and was replaced by BBC Four. BBC Four shows a wide variety of programs including arts, documentaries, music, international film and drama, and current affairs. The channel broadcasts daily from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am, timesharing with CBeebies (which starts at 6:00 am). Memorable shows that aired on BBC Four include Planet Earth, The Young Ones, Great British Railway Journeys, Walking with Dinosaurs, and Only Connect. My next logo history will be on NBC.
