In this final preview video for DCS: A-10C II Tank Killer, we’ll look at the new Helmet Mounted Cueing System, or HMCS. The HMCS consists of several sub-systems, but we’ll focus on the Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) and the Profile Editor in this video. The HMCS provides excellent situational awareness and the ability to cue weapons and sensors by just looking at the target and setting a designation. Please note though that his is not the same helmet implementation as for the Viper and Hornet systems; it is in many ways far superior in the air-to-ground mode.
