The Main building is strong until the killer breaks the doors. There is a door next to each strong window, so you get one use out of each window, which effectively ends the chase unless you do not have any head start on chase. The sides of the building consistently have strong RNG with 3-4 tiles usually being close enough to each other to chain, and most of the time there will be an OPness or more than just one in these areas of the map.
