Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon on Monday ordered an investigation into allegedly illegal operations of some bus terminals in Malibay, Pasay City. In a surprise inspection on Monday, Dizon found out that at least 4 bus lines were operating in a terminal that does not even have sufficient chairs and waiting area. The adjacent terminals are located near Evangelista Street corner EDSA. "Ang hindi ko maintindihan paano pinapayagan mag operate yung mga ganito, hindi ko nga magamit yung salitang terminal kasi hindi naman ito terminal," Dizon said. Dizon added that he's certain the buses do not have permits to operate. He ordered the LTFRB and other agencies to investigate the issue.
