Welcome to your 30 min intermediate mandala yoga flow. 👉 Develop your at-home practice with my flexibility program: https://www.charliefollows.com/flexib... This class is a creative and dynamic full body practice with a sequence of poses to stretch, strengthen and centre. If you are new to the mandala style, we will be moving around the mat in a half circular or full circular motion to explore all directions on the mat. The sequences are designed to bring you through a complete flow from one side to the other so that it is one continuous flow on the left and right side, bringing you full circle. This class is guided at a steady pace however may be challenging if you are a complete beginner. Within the sequence we will work towards standing balances, backbends and hip openers to give you a well rounded full body flow. Today’s class is filmed at the beautiful Finca Sanau in Mallorca.
