Dr Kathy Fields is a 1987 Stanford Dermatology graduate. She, along with Dr Katie Rodan, developed Proactiv Solution, a paradigm shift in the treatment of acne. The revolutionary approach upended dermatology and became a billion dollar company changing the lives of millions people all over the world. They continued to innovate and create another company, Rodan and Fields, while concurrently practicing dermatology and be adjuvant professors at Stanford and UCSF.
