Within a few hours it surpassed its original target of £250,000. James inspirational spirit has touched millions by documenting her experience of having bowel cancer on social media through @BowelBabe. James revealed on Monday that doctors do not know much how longer she has left to live, is being honoured with a Damehood for her inspirational fundraising efforts.
