Kinnaman, who plays the title role said that he found the scene where his character discovers he's been badly burnt in a car bomb difficult to film: "It was such an emotionally demanding scene, a complete existential anxiety... it was quite difficult." Meanwhile Gary Oldman says the film is much more than an action movie: "We have the debate of security versus liberty, freedom of choice, the debate of drones and robots.
