TRICEPS OVERVIEW: Skull Crusher - Targets: Long head Benefits: Size, strength Tip: Lower the bar slightly past the top of your head, maximizing the stretch and bring the bar up at an angle of 45 degrees to lower the stress on the elbow tendon. Dont forget to fully extend the elbow for maximum triceps contraction. Close grip Bench - Targets: Long head Benefits: Size, Strength Tip: focus on the upper half of the movement, fully contracting the triceps at the top of the movement. Hint: try pairing up with skull crushers for maximum long head destruction!
