Analysis of Atlanta's Teddy Perkins

Our group consists of Will Kirschner, Justine Hudock, Emily Barnes, Jillian Forstadt, Erin Kagel, and Rayquan Telpha. We are discussing the highly debated episode of Atlanta, “Teddy Perkins,” which delves into the titular character's psychology and mannerisms as he does a simple transaction with the main protagonist, Darius. Throughout the episode, there are many telltale signs that things will not go as planned for Darius or Teddy, as both characters establish their roles in the latter’s eerie home through their interactions with each other. The podcast our group made, which has Emily, Erin, and Ray speaking, goes over the aforementioned topic discussing Teddy's off putting behaviors and the mental anguish he experienced in his youth because of his father's abuse towards him and his brother, Benny. Throughout the discussion, our speakers talk about what they think of the interaction between Teddy and Darius, the foreshadowing created by the former's actions throughout the episode, and the tragic conclusion that culminates from these events.
