I wonder how different the world would be if the good people at Flowbee were able to leverage IDM to connect and convert with their target audience...would it be a responsive website that shows you different flowbee hairstyles? A social media presence that directly connects to their audience of hair connoisseurs? By leveraging the content in which you use to convey your brand message across the digital space, your brand is able to focus on building deeper connections with prospects and customers.
