Explorer Steve Hall takes viewers inside the fascinating world of tree searching. In 2011, Steve became the 3rd person or group to find Hyperion, the tallest tree in the world. And in 2012, he became the 2nd person or group to find Helios, the 2nd tallest tree. By 2013, he had found all of the Top Ten tallest trees. Now 10 years later, Steve returns with his son Stefan to take him to see as many of these trees as they can safely reach. Along the way, major obstacles are encountered and new trees are searched for. When they attempt to reach 8th tallest tree Orion, they are thwarted due to extremely challenging terrain, thus threatening to end this epic adventure in failure. Upon watching this film, Michael Taylor congratulated Steve on successfully finding Gulch Tower and told Steve "very well done!".
