Yeah I know it's dubbed. I thought it would work better with the style of video I was making and to be honest...I watched it dubbed as well. Sue me if you want. I know that a lot of people don't really like Eva from Monster. So I thought I'd make an edit that tried to capture my interpretations of her literally and artistically. I used several techniques to really try to capture how delusional she was in the first half of the show after she dumps Dr. Tenma. How her thought process slowly becomes more and more obsessive. That the facade of coldness is really just to hide the fact that she is suffering. She feels truly alone in the world and her only "cure" has been turned away and she can never undo what has been done. Outwardly, she cannot admit that she is at fault because she is too proud to admit her mistakes. However, subconsciously, she knows that everything that has happened is her own fault and she must bare it alone. She cannot move on, and her new relationships suffer because inside she knows she isn't a good person. She always goes after men for petty reasons and not because she cares for them. So they take advantage of her and she can't accept the fact that she has to change. That it isn't the world that is to blame, but her own shortcomings.
