This long and continuous drone-shot is the story of a birth of an island, battling the North Atlantic Ocean. This was shot above the south coast road on the Reykjanes peninsula, the youngest part of Iceland and the lava field originates in crater called Kóngsfell that erupted less than 1100 years ago. As always, i'm not the geologist around here :) and those of you who have something to add this story, you are very welcome to do so in the comment section. The photo by the end of this video was shot on MT. Fagradalsfjall in 2021 and gives you an idea about how this lava field while looked during its creation.
