I will give you 35 different things related to being afraid, and for every one of them that relates to you or is something that you have done, you will put your finger down. So, basically, when you put a finger down, you are keeping a score of how many of these questions that I am going to give you, are things that are about you. So at the end of the video, you will add up how many times you put a finger down, and that will reveal your total points.
