This September I had the opportunity to visit a remote Alaskan village to hang out with my buddy Chevie Roach of Life Below Zero. After moose hunting with Chevie for a few days he ran me up river for a solo Alaskan adventure of my own. I spent the next week float hunting and exploring the Alaska wilderness with my osage selfbow and a canoe. This was my first trip to Alaska and first time moose hunting. This area has a 50" minimum spread requirement for non resident moose hunters and it can be challenging to find a mature bull that meets the minimum.
