The $28 million Metro Village mixed-use, affordable multi-family apartment community is providing 70 new critically needed affordable homes as part of Baldwin Park’s greater downtown revitalization. Metro Village includes a community room with an entertainment center, lounge area and kitchenette; computer room; fitness room; laundry room; secure bike storage area; patio space; child play areas; and an outdoor barbeque space. In addition to water and energy efficient appliances and fixtures, we were able to include upgraded unit amenities such as stone countertops, LED lighting, higher quality plumbing fixtures, and raised panel cabinet doors.
