I intend to learn the process of editing videos, as well as planning out my speeches/topics. For this one though, I think I just needed to get it out there. In this (rambly) first video, I take viewers through my life with OCD from 8 years of age until today. I talk, albeit it in a rather scattered way, about my obsessions, the moment I was diagnosed and my recovery. Please understand that making this video was very, very challenging for me. OCD does not mean our thoughts are true. We are not capable of the things it makes us think we are. OCD is a serious disorder which causes us to overthink, obsess and avoid.
