For over 30 years, Paul and his mother Miss Marcia has been cooking up delicious Street food at Torrington Bridge in Kingston Jamaica. His amazing saltfish and tomato technique, have customers returning from all over. This a mixture of hot scotch bonnet peppers, tons of onion and tons of tomatoes, steamed to perfection on an open coal fire for a few minutes, then served with slow roast yellow yam, Also on the menu, his famous pot of cow skin and beef soup, boiled in a huge pot of round red and A1 peas, with tons of yam, dumplin and other ground provisions. We'll also try his boiled corn with freshly huxed coconut. And most Jamaica favourite, the popular boiled land Crab, boiled in tons of scotch bonnet peppers, scallion, thyme and pimento. We're now heading into crab season in Jamaica, so this is the perfect start and the perfect spot to get freshly boiled and well seasoned crabs to eat on the street.
