Joey Kellock (1800 Lasagne) - When life gives you a disaster, make lasagne - Deep in the Weeds -...

After cooking big batches of lasagne for a friend’s birthday Joey Kellock (1800 Lasagne), found himself with too much leftovers and decided to deliver it to friends the following day. Inspired by their positive response he dabbled in the odd lasagne delivery in-between working on big gigs in the music industry. But when Covid landed his job in music was put on hold, so he turned to what he knew might be able to bring money in. Soon enough he not only had a highly successful home delivery lasagne business, but momentum carried him to open bricks and mortar, and now has one of the liveliest Italian restaurants and wine bars in Melbourne. https://www.1800lasagne.com.au Follow Deep In The Weeds on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/deepinthewe...
