I have no ambition in life - but I feel fine

In this video I wanted to share a bit about my personal experience letting go of the weight of expectation I put on myself for so many years, and realizing that with each passing day my aspirations and goals felt less necessary in order to feel like I’ve ‘done something’ with my life. I still have things I’d like to do, but I suppose the big change is that I’m not putting pressure on myself to do things quickly or a certain way, but let life reveal itself over time. I know this doesn’t apply to everyone, but for me it’s been meaningful, so I wanted to share with the hope we can pause now and then in the midst of our busy lives to smell the roses ☺️ title: I have no ambition in life - but I feel fine **I’m just trying to define what ambition is for me now, not what others have defined it in my life. I understand achieving anything in life could be considered having an ambition of some sort, I just wanted to talk about my process working through pressures to always be doing more and succeeding more… instead, enjoying what is enough for me and choosing not to compare, only to do my best within the confines of my own life. As someone who has struggled with workaholism and being quite anxious earlier in life, this has been a meaningful journey to me to ask myself not what I think I should want out of life, but what I truly want. And yes, I suppose this is ambitious!
