Bio-holistic Architecture & Methodology

This talk will explore the various approaches in developing a methodology of design, that can be applied in various contexts, with an outcome that can be perceived as bio-holistic. This will done by exploring the root of the challenge, from our basic human requirements to our elevated senses, how they serve us and onward to our surrounding environment. In the same way is this reflected at the same time, bringing both nature and the connected spirit back into our own existence? From here we will take extracts from our own design process, the stories involved and look at some of the results of our rchitectural explorations. Inspiral Architecture and Design studios produce a unique architecture that challenges the way in which our built spaces can harmonise with our own inner nature which is also inherently connected to that of the natural world. They consist of a group of individualistic and creative architects, engineers and artisans which has allowed them to realise a number of many beautiful buildings and environments throughout the Indonesian Archipelago and beyond.
