Per the diagram below this video, it shows where it weatherstrips between the upper sash and the lower sash. Used most commonly with the M2Z (nested rolled piece of material that fits in the M1Z). Z stands for zinc. There is an image below this video that shows everything important dimensionally about this item. 3/4" overall height. Overall width is about 9/32". Available in a bronze finish. Available with or without nails. Available on the website in several different lengths. You can cut this down if needed.
