No Subaru Outback Touchscreen Update?

In a previous video, I mentioned a retroactive update that I thought would be available by now on the 2020-2022 Outbacks. However, that has not happened yet. It's possible that the 2020-2022 Subaru Outback models may receive an update with the 2023 Outback touchscreen layout, but as of right now that hasn't happened yet and I'm not sure what Subaru's plans are. Subaru has been known to offer updates to older models through software updates (like the auto start/stop button), so it's possible that the 2020-2022 Outback models may receive an update to their touchscreen layout at some point in the future. However, this is ultimately up to Subaru, and for now we will just have to wait and see. I'll be posting about any future information I receive on the Outback touchscreen display so stay tuned!
