In 2010, there was a very unique gameplay video of “Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story” that was uploaded by someone under the name of “LoganTheGameMaster”, a now long-deleted YouTube channel that uploaded many walkthroughs of games of numerous genres. However, he started to get more attention than usual when his video of the game’s final boss got uploaded, not because of the final battle’s large popularity, but rather the gameplay contained a very different version of the game’s ending. It was easy to tell for many that this was some hacked version of the game that Logan accidentally found somewhere online. The video totaled up to around 15-20K views before that video and the channel as a whole suddenly disappeared after a few weeks or so. It’s unknown as to why Logan removed it, and no one has heard from him since. Many years later, a long-time Mario fan named Eddy one day begins to remember the video and tries searching for it online with the help of an anonymous user who was able to provide him with Logan’s lost gameplay video. 14 years later and the video has finally resurfaced. ----------------- [MAIN DESCRIPTION] Hello everyone, and Happy Halloween! This year I decided to celebrate by making my first creepypasta retake! This one is based on a story written by Fawful's Minion called "A_one, are you?", a creepypasta that was based on a horrible nightmare he had which contained all of his biggest fears mixed into one, and of course with the addition of his most favorite video game. This specific creepypasta had my interest since all the way back in early 2016 due to how it not only was based on a nightmare, which was an idea that I found to be pretty cool, but also because of the fact that it was based on Bowser’s Inside Story which happens to also be my most favorite video game too. I had always wanted to make my own adaptation of this story, and so I had tried making a playable game based on it in 2019, but had severely underestimated the development process of something like that, and so I decided to put it to rest. 5 years later, now in 2024, I decided to bring it back as a video adaptation inspired by recent creepypasta retake projects. This might sound a bit ridiculous, but it’s the truth. This creepypasta helped me get through some tough times back then. In 2019 when I was making concept screenshots for the game adaptation I was trying to create back then, I also wasn't really doing the best at all due to personal issues. Despite the negatives during that time, I had a lot of fun making sprite edits and whatnot based on your creepypasta and it helped lift my spirits up a ton. I may have never finished the game adaptation, but I'm grateful I got to create those older concepts regardless, as it helped form some of the ideas for this video. In general, you were a YouTuber that I had known since I was much younger and every now and then I’d always find myself coming back to your channel and enjoying it each time. Thank you so much Logan for the memories over the years, the laughs, and especially your creepypasta. This retake project was not only done because I felt like it, but it was done out of passion and was ultimately made as a tribute to Bowser’s Inside Story, A_one, are you?, and of course, to you.
