Republicans in the House Judiciary Committee say the FBI is targeting parents who speak out against school boards. The lawmakers released an email on Tuesday from an apparent whistleblower. It alleges the Department of Justice is using counterterrorism measures against parents, seeming to contradict last month's testimony by Attorney General Merrick Garland. Cofounder and President of Real Clear Politics, Tom Bevan, joins to share his reaction to the FBI whistleblower's allegations and what he thinks this means for Attorney General Garland. On another note, OSHA says it will stop enforcing vaccine mandates for now. Bevan discusses how significant this is and how he sees this playing out. A state representative in Texas is switching parties because he says Democratic leaders do not hold "the values of most Texans," citing defunding the police and chaos at the border specifically. Bevan tells us his reaction to that and whether he thinks we will see more people leave the Democratic party if it continues to become more progressive.
