An 8-Bit retro reimagining of the song, Down in Goblin Town from the movie, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. The movie starred Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins, Ian Mckellen as Gandalf, and many more. This is the scene from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, where the dwarves are captured by the goblins. they play music and the goblin king sings a song. It is right before they are escaping goblin town. After Making the 8 Bit remix of the song, The Battle of the Pelennor Fields from The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, the video did really well. The youtube channel, OSW Review HD saw the video, and had me make this 8 bit chiptune music for an upcoming video of theirs. So, I decided to throw together some 8 bit old retro video game visuals to go with the song. I like making 8 bit chiptune music and would like to make more of this style of 8 bit cinema. I have another video game style scene in the works from The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, and I may do one from The Two Towers Later on. But for now, hopefully you enjoy my cover of this song, which is an 8 bit remix of the song Down in Goblin Town from The Hobbit AUJ with the retro video game style. It's made to look sort of like a game from the Gameboy Advanced, or Nintendo 64, or NES, or other old video game consoles.
