In this video I show yo exactly what is needed to bought from Mort's Shop so that you will gain the trophy: Mort Will Now Lend You Credit, which was the last one I needed before the Platinum. I replayed level 8 two times to get the extra cash I needed and I gained $18, 000 ea\ch time by letting the queen lay her eggs before I got bored and completed the level :) I have read descriptions that say you need $250, 000 to buy everything and that it does not include the in-game store. I got all the upgrades, etc... at around the $100, 000 mark, so you do need quite a bit of cash, but it is not quite so daunting. The weapons that can be bought for Stewie and Brian ARE the in-game weapons so buy them as you please during the story and you need to buy all the character upgrades, costumes.
