Die Palette wird zu Beginn auf die Plattform gestellt und anschließend um 120° nach hinten gefahren. Das Gewicht des Packgutes liegt nicht mehr auf der Palette, sodass diese durch die Plattform in die 0° Position gefahren und anschließend entnommen wird. Die Palette wird hierbei durch einen sogenannten Palettenhalter fixiert. Jetzt kann die Palette entnommen und durch eine neue ersetzt werden. Die Plattform fährt wieder hoch, setzt die Palette unter das Packgut und der gesamte Verbund fährt wieder auf die 0° Position herunter. Nun kann die gesamte Palette entnommen werden. Die V Form sorgt dafür, dass so wenig Druck wie nötig auf das Material ausgeübt wird. Toppy V Shape 120° Wendegerät kann sowohl als manuelle oder automatische Ausführung angeboten werden. Die 120° Kippung macht diesen Palettenwechsler für viele Produkte (z.B. Boxen, Säcke, Fäßer, Flaschen, etc.) sehr geeignet. This pallet inverter is able to work with many products, boxes, vials, flasks, trays, bottles, packs, big bags, big boxes, barrels, paper barrels, buckets, cans, reels, large containers, paper rolls, plywood, battery etc. What type of pallet it’s able to operate with? It can operate with any pallet size, from standard to special ones. It is possible to use pallets of many materials (wood , plastic, aluminium, iron, etc.) How does the pallet change take place? The operation takes place by tilting the load at 120°. How are the products loaded or unloaded from the pallet changer devices? They can be loaded and unloaded by forklift or forklift truck. How does it operates with fragile products? Even the most fragile products are securely locked by the upper platform in order to safe the product.
