In this video, I share some 2021 real estate predictions, and seven reasons why a crash simply is not likely. It’s easy to look at the events of the past year and come to the conclusion that a crash is on its way. But what do the numbers say? There are seven reasons why a housing market 2021 forecast shows that a crash is unlikely. Taken together, these factors show that a downturn like we experienced back in 2008 is probably not going to happen. However, if a crash were to occur, it would be for one of two reasons, both of which add uncertainty to any 2021 real estate predictions. These two reasons are the unknown, and the socialist agenda. The possibility of an unknown factor throwing everything off is very real. Think about the pandemic, for example. With so many surprises this past year, any housing market 2021 forecast should at least acknowledge the possibility of significant change. But by removing emotion from our 2021 real estate predictions, we can gain some valuable clarity and see that the housing market is as strong as ever.
