Day 12: Session 3; Week 2 (July 30, 2021) 5 PM -------------- Gargi was raised in Bangalore, India, in a family following Vedic values. She has 2 wonderful younger sisters and a lovely girl. She came to the US after completion of medical school to pursue Residency in Internal medicine and pediatrics and then pursued a fellowship in general nephrology, now doing transplant Nephrology at UNC, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Her passion for Vedic culture and literature comes from her father, who has dedicated his entire life to the study and research of Vedic knowledge and has tirelessly strived to inculcate those values in his children and spread them to the world. She aspires to follow in his footsteps and continues his dream. She loves to teach and learn new skills by interacting with people. She does classical Bharatanatyam dance and loves to travel and explore adventures with the family. -------------------- The Hindu Heritage Summer Camp 2021, an online program, was held from July 19th to July 30th, 2021, under the guidance of Camp Director Dr. Kavita Vachaknavee.
