Additionally, YouTube's actions may violate GDPR Article 82 by unlawfully processing our personal data, potentially triggering significant fines under Article 83. This measure also conflicts with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which protect free expression and limit censorship. Finally, the removal infringes upon our rights under the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (Article 11) and breaches the implied covenant of good faith, further compounding YouTube’s legal liabilities.
