Each metro ride costs $5–6 per person, which adds up fast. 🥶 Heads-up for Winter Travelers: We visited in November 2024, and the cold hit us HARD — especially near the Tidal Basin. Dress in layers and be prepared for strong breezes! 🍴 Important Note: There are NO restaurants or eateries around these monuments, so don’t forget to pack some snacks and water. 🎟️ All monuments are FREE to visit and open to the public.
