[SFM FNAF] The Monsters Under My Bed - Aviators

My oh my, what a project this has been. 2 months of nonstop work and an extra month beforehand of world planning, asset modeling and concept art, I bring you, The Monsters Under My Bed by Aviators. A song that isn't commonly animated at all, and to my knowledge, I would take the title of being the very first FNAF animator to fully complete this song while keeping the FNAF 4 style it was based off of. I wanted to make this project for a variety of reasons, with the first being the song's overall scarcity; not many animations were made off of this song, and I wanted to make a change on that, as I think it is a truly underrated song. My guess as to why it's under-animated is because the song itself is from the perspective of the tormented crying child, which leads to my next point; another reason I wanted to make this project was to prove a point that you can make a thrillingly exciting animation without the need of animatronics usually being the center of attention. It's clear that the motive of this song wasn't that, and I tried to match that. And the final reason; it's just a great song! I find myself listening to this song every day, and of course, even moderately close friends would know I'm a HUGE Aviators fan. I've also seen this song as an opportunity to take a more creative approach compared to my past works. Other than the painfully obvious lyrics that were never in my previous videos, I've taken a step into learning how to create assets in Blender to achieve the world I wanted to build! (By the way, I'd highly thank CynfulEntity for porting said models, as this project would've been extremely hard without her assistance!) If there was anything I could change about this animation, it would be how I portray the power throughout. It was pretty good, especially at the end, although there are parts that felt a bit weak; you'd probably know what I specifically refer to. Some of the lighting and bloom effects look very odd, and I'm aware; some maps and models look really odd together with the lighting style I use. :v There may be a few concerns you guys have about this animation altogether, with the most obvious one probably being the model choices I made. I want to clarify this right away and say that the crying child model I used was animated WAY before the FNAF Human Collection by Mango released, and I didn't feel like redoing every shot with the more complicated movements as I was proud of those. I used the stock Help Wanted Nightmares with their materials and rigs (as tough as they were to manage sometimes), because the other models would be quite intensive for my SFM sessions. As for the story itself, it may be quite confusing to the average viewer. While I do have a story that I've stuck to throughout this whole animation, I'm gonna sit back on this one and have you guys try to interpret the story yourselves. Outside of that, I really don't have much to say. This has been a fun, albeit very challenging project to work on, although the end result came out extremely well! Thank you to everyone who's stuck with me through this whole process. Oh, right, of course I'd have to give credit where it's due!
