How to get Feebas in Emerald: Feebas is located in 6 random water tiles on route 119, so in order to find it you must check many different tiles. Use an old rod, as it is faster than the other rods. Use a Pokemon with the ability Suction Cups or Sticky Hold first in your party to increase the chance of getting a bite.
