*Subscribe to my channel and learn all things skin care. Plus other little fun things.* Lymphatic Drainage massage is wonderful for "cleansing" your body of toxins. It is a very slow moving massage with a slight pressure. You can have this treatment done at a spa or you can perform it on yourself at home. The more you do this the better for your body and skin it will be. Please be aware that people or clients that smoke, eat unhealthy or are big drinkers may not feel so well after this treatment. The reason being is that there are a lot of toxins in their system. Have them drink water afterwards. Symptoms of a toxic body (after the treatment): headache, nausea, tired, immediate use of the bathroom. These issues may only last an hour or a few hours, but it will go away.
