1 Hour HARDCORE FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT at Home | No Equipment

Here we go everyone!! 60 minutes of full body workout fun!! This high intensity workout will test you mentally and physically! Jumping or No Jumping... you choose! The benefits of HIIT are well known! You burn a lot of calories, improve your cardiovascular health, maintain muscle mass whilst shedding fat, improves blood circulation... and many many more! A HIIT workout will turn your body into a fat burning machine for long after you have finished so is a great workout to incorporate into your routine! I have selected 30 of my favourite exercises that will combined with being followed straight away by either a chest to floor, hands off burpee or forward & back squat jumps! So basically, 20 seconds of a certain exercise, straight to 20 seconds burpee/squat jumps into 20 seconds rest! The first half (30 minutes) will be burpees and seconds half will be the fwd & back squat jumps. Below I have the exercises that they will be performed in. Remember once you complete on, it’s straight into that burpee! Seconds round, it’s straight into the squat jumps!! 😉 SQUAT JUMPS LUNGE, LUNGE ,SQUAT JUMPS STATIC LUNGE JUMPS STATIC LUNGE JUMPS LUNGE, SQUAT, LUNGE PUSH UPS SHOULDER TAPS PLANK UP & DOWN REVERSE TABLE TOP ALT TOE TAP PIKE SHOULDER TAP PLANK TUCKS MARCHES BUTTERFLY SIT UPS CRUNCHES HOLLOW TO TOE REACH LUNGE TO KICK LUNGE TO KICK FWD & BACK SQUAT WALKS LATERAL SQUAT WALKS SQUAT PULSES PLANK ALT LEG RAISE PLANK HIPS UP & DOWN PLANK ELBOW SIDE TO SIDE PLANK WALKOUTS PLANK REVERSE CRUNCHES LEG OPENER HEEL TAPS SINGLE LEG LOWER SINGLE LEG LOWER Listen to your body the entire time with this bodyweight workout and please ensure you do this at your own pace. You can simply leave out the burpee/squat jump at any point for extra rest. Also, in regards to jumping, simply don’t jump if you don’t wish to jump at all and perform static lunges, static squats etc and you will totally get an awesome workout in! You can absolutely do 30 minutes also!!!!
